Geochang Anti-aging Healing Land (거창 항노화힐링랜드)

Geochang Anti-aging Healing Land, located at the foot of Udusan Mountain (1,046 meters above sea level), is the ideal place for healing and therapy. Visitors can take a walk or join forest-themed experience programs. There is a Y-shaped suspension bridge without pillars, a first in Korea; and a barrier-free boardwalk designed for pedestrian safety and convenience. The forest trails, rich in phytoncide, are good for relieving stress and are the most popular here. There is a native plant garden near Gyeonam Waterfalls, where you can observe rare plants. Geochang Anti-aging Healing Land also has accommodation facilities, such as the Forest Recreation Center and the Forest House. The area is an ideal natural recreational destination, offering picturesque views of Bigyesan Mountain and the beautiful Uisangbong Peak, often referred to as "little Geumgangsan Mountain" due to its unique rock formations.

Andeok Health and Healing Village is nestled near a valley at the foot of Moaksan Mountain in Wanju. As Korea's first health and healing experience village, it offers experience programs and health and wellness classes. Health experience programs and health and wellness classes are professionally designed in collaboration with a traditional Korean medicinal clinic in Andeok Village. Therefore, it offers visitors opportunities to learn quality information and experience specialized programs.  
Andeok Health and Healing Village consists of a healing experience center, Yochodang House, a food experience center, a traditional sauna, a well-being restaurant, and a convention hall. For accommodations, seven Hwangtobangs (red-clay cottages) are available as well as studio-type rooms at Soo Pension. These accommodation facilities are open to visitors regardless of whether they participate in programs run by the village or not.  
The village's signature experience programs include the red-clay sauna where the floor is heated in the traditional manner. The walls are made of red clay mixed with traditional herbal medicinal water. When heated, the sauna effectively removes waste from the body. Other signature programs include making injeolmi (bean-powder-coated rice cakes) by cooking rice and pounding the rice dough using a mallet; and harvesting seasonal crops (e.g., potatoes, sweet potatoes, and corn)

Opened in 2003, Resort Spavalley is a hot spring and sauna facility located in Naengcheon-ri, Gachang-myeon, Dalseong-gun. The building's first floor has a gym, a souvenir shop, and other stores. The second floor features a Bade (meaning bathing) pool, a children's pool, the Samhap experience room, the UK-Ball jjimjilbang (Korean sauna), a fast food store, a cave-like jjimjilbang, and a sleeping room. On the fourth floor, there is a large hot spring bath area (Yin-Yang &amp; Five Elements Bath), a UK-Ball sauna; a red clay sleeping room, an outdoor bath, an outdoor water park with a wave pool, a lazy river, water slides (body slide and tube slide), a water polo pool, and a diving pool.<br />Spavalley's hot spring sauna consists of the Yin-Yang &amp; Five Elements Bath and the UK-ball Sauna. The former consists of various baths beneficial to one's health and can improve the body's natural rhythm. These baths are a combination of traditional Eastern medicine, ancient folk remedies derived from life experiences, and remedies that utilize natural energy. They are themed around bamboo, Indian madar, juniper, and mulberry. The UK-Ball sauna features UK-Ball, a new material that emits energy (ki). Based on yin &amp; yang harmony and the five elements, this sauna can effectively detoxify the body and remove waste, while significantly improving skin beauty and body shape. It also promotes blood circulation and boosts metabolism, giving guests a refreshing sauna experience.
