This unique architecture is a reinterpretation of the Hwangnyongsa nine-story pagoda format from the Silla period using modern science technology and architecture methods. The building has become a new landmark in Bomun Tourist Complex and is also used as a training institute that offers meditation programs. There are simple one-hour programs or overnight tour courses available through prior reservation.

Geumgang Pedestrian Bridge, a landmark of Sejong-si, opened in March 2022. It is the first two-story bridge in Korea, and its futuristic design inspired by the concept of traveling through time contributes to beautifying the city's aesthetics. The upper part of the pedestrian bridge is equipped with a rest area, space for events and activities, and other convenience facilities, whereas the lower part is a bicycle-only road for safety and smoooth riding.

Sogeumsan Ulleong Bridge is approximately twice as long as the original Sogeumsan Suspension Bridge, stretching 404 meters long, 2 meters wide. The name Ulleong comes from a Korean word that means "shaky" or "anxious," a feeling visitors will have as they cross the bridge with some parts being glass bottom. Visitors will be able to enjoy both the natural surroundings and thrilling walk across the bridge.
