Sky is a guesthouse located in an alley next to the Jeonju Hanok Village Parking Lot. The house was built in 1930 and remodeled in 2014. It was originally a Japanese-style house, but the original building was completely demolished and a traditional Korean house was built in its place. The sheets and blankets in all the guestrooms are embroidered by the owner of the guesthouse. Her embroidery skills make some of the guests choose to stay at this guesthouse since they can learn the trade from her. She offers an embroidery class for such guests for only KRW 4,000 per person, and only 5 people are allowed in the class. If you want, you can also play the traditional Korean game called "yutnori" for free.

Pungnamheon is a hanok stay in a traditional nobleman's house in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do. Next to the house stands a 600-year-old ginkgo tree, the guardian spirit of Jeonju Hanok Village. Two unusual features of this hanok is that there is no wood-floored hall or daecheong, and the toenmaru wooden porch is extra wide, and has a window. The floors are finished with laquered hanji (Korean paper), and the roof tiles were made in Goryeong. Old folding screens and Korean paintings complete the atmosphere of a traditional yangbang house. Guests have a chance to taste wild green tea gathered and made by the owner.

A Fine Day is a hanok stay on Jeondong Cathedral Street, Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do, which combines hanok tradition with modern convenience. The wood floor and red clay-lined walls and ceilings are a pleasure to wake up to. The rooms are well heated and have toilets, shower booths and bidets. Jeonju Hanok stands at the end of a quiet alley off Eunhaeng-ro in the center of Jeonju Hanok Village, and so is a good base for exploring the village. All guest rooms are ondol-heated and have a loft space that’s popular with children. Water purifiers are installed, and a breakfast of toast, fruit and tea or coffee is provided. The outdoor yard has a table where visitors can relax in good weather.

Gyodongsallae Hanok stands close to the Namcheongyo Bridge over the Jeonjucheon Stream in Wansan-gu, Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do. The sarangchae (men’s house), anchae (women’s house) and an outbuilding provide a total of 10 guestrooms - some traditional ondol-heated rooms, some rooms with beds and one attic room. There are flower beds in the yard, and the cozy interiors are decorated with elegant fabrics and paintings. Two of the sarangchae rooms have terraces offering fine views.

Inyeon is a hanok stay positioned near the public parking lot in Jeonju Hanok Village, Jeollabuk-do - a little away from the bustling main streets and so a quiet place to stop. In Joseon times Yangsajae hanok stay in Jeonju Hanok Village, Jeollabuk-do, was part of the Jeonju hyanggyo or local Confucian school - a place of study and scholarship. Later the poet Lee Byeong-ki lived and wrote here, and later still, in 1987, the house became a public elementary school. Since 2002 it has been a hanok stay dedicated to cultural tourism and promotion of local history and traditions.

Deokindang

Deokindang is located across from the west street of Jeonju Hanok Village. The guesthouse is surrounded by low walls, inside of which there are grass yard, stone pavement, and four traditional houses with three guestrooms, which are called the Large Room, Small Room, and Kitchen Room. Here, the "Kitchen Room” is not actually a kitchen, but a kitchen turned into a bedroom. The Large Room in the center of the main building can accommodate up to 8 people, making it a perfect place to stay for a large family. It’s furnished with thin, white calico sheets, which are very soft to the touch. Situated on the outskirts of Jeonju Hanok Village and yet very close to Gyeonggijeon Shrine, Jeondong Catholic Cathedral, Nambu Market, and Jeonju Pungpae Jigwan (Jeongju Gaeksa. Treasure No. 583), the guesthouse is quiet and conveniently located as well for those taking a tour of Jeonju. The owner of Deokindang also owns another guesthouse called Su House, so the guests of Deokindang can have access to the Community Room of Su House.
